1. Agreement
By creating a YOoDY workspace or calling a YOoDY API key you agree to these terms with KAADE CONSTRUCTION (IFU 00189678B, RCCM BF-OUA-01-2022-A11-12374).
Terms of service & intellectual property

2. Your account and keys
Keys are personal to your workspace. You are responsible for keeping them secret and for all calls made with them. Rotate a compromised key immediately from your workspace.
3. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, no reselling raw API responses as a competing dataset or model, no automated scraping beyond your metered allowance, no unlawful, unsafe or infringing use of the outputs.
4. Intellectual property — ours
KAADE CONSTRUCTION owns and retains all rights in the YOoDY platform: the AI Digital Twin top model, its point-to-point graph solver, weighting and scoring formulas, the circularity point system, the periodic table of materials dataset (element-by-element attributes, recyclability and reuse routing), the food waste valorisation dataset, the minerals, plastics and textile loop datasets, the source code, API design, documentation, the YOoDY and KAADE CONSTRUCTION names and logos. Nothing here transfers ownership.
5. Intellectual property — yours
You keep all rights in the designs, bills of materials, inventories and other content you submit. You grant us only the limited licence needed to process that content and return a result, and to keep aggregated, non-identifying metrics.
6. Licence we grant you
A non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to call the API and to use the returned results inside your own projects, reports and products, provided you do not redistribute the underlying datasets or model outputs as a standalone dataset or model.
7. Attribution
Where results are published externally, attribute the calculation to the YOoDY AI Digital Twin top model by KAADE CONSTRUCTION.
8. No warranty on engineering decisions
Outputs are decision support, not certified structural, nutritional or regulatory advice. A qualified professional must validate any result before construction, procurement or food-safety use.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Suspension and changes
We may suspend keys that breach these terms and may update the terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Governing law is that of Burkina Faso.
